Secure Ordering
Damaged shipments must be
reported within 24 hours of delivery.
All damaged returns must bear a valid return merchandize
authorization (RMA) number
issued by PlanetBakery.com, Inc and must be received by
PlanetBakery.com, Inc within five days of issuance of the RMA.
Shipments received without an RMA or more than five days after
the issuance of the RMA will be refused. All returns are
subject to inspection and if product not found to be damaged, a refund cannot be issued since PlanetBakery.com, Inc. does not offer a
refund for non-damaged goods.
